Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, from supplier relationships to order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
    • Oversee the ordering and inventory management process to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Warehouse Management
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
    • Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
