Job Overview

As a Lead Supply Chain Analyst specializing in Available to Promise (ATP) processes, you will apply your functional and application knowledge to pinpoint areas for improvement and propose enhancements to supply chain operations. Your role will involve

managing and overseeing the integrity of supply chain master data within the organization's ERP and planning frameworks, ensuring that data is accurate, comprehensive, and consistent across various departments. You will utilize your expertise in supply chain planning and order fulfillment methodologies to guarantee that supply planning and ATP processes yield high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities


• Ensure that accurate master data is consistently integrated into the planning systems from diverse sources.

• Assist in the design, testing, and maintenance of supply chain data, including but not limited to items, bill of materials, and sourcing allocations.

• Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of master data from both internal and external sources.

• Reconcile supply availability data such as open purchase orders, on-hand inventory, work in progress, and sales orders between source systems and planning systems to ensure data integrity.

• Ensure that all qualified sales orders are processed for order confirmations and backlog reporting.

• Monitor supply planning and ATP confirmation processes, escalating issues to the support team as necessary.

• Verify that sales order confirmations adhere to ATP regulations and prioritization criteria.

• Address any master data discrepancies and errors in supply planning and ATP confirmation processes.

• Analyze trends in order confirmations and identify any deviations from expected patterns for troubleshooting.

• Support planners in interpreting and reviewing supply planning and ATP confirmations.

• Prepare and update documentation, providing refresher training as needed.

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to develop business requirements documentation.

• Work closely with IT subject matter experts to communicate requirements and engage in design discussions.

• Conduct user acceptance testing for system modifications.

Qualifications


• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning and order fulfillment processes.

• 5+ years of experience with SAP IBP system implementation or planning.

• Proficient in SAP IBP time series and order-based planning data models.

• Familiarity with IBP master data types, including product, location, and compound master data.

• Knowledge of SAP IBP configuration for supply and response modules.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• A proactive problem solver and change agent capable of identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

• Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while understanding their impact on business outcomes.

• Experience with CPI/DS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a plus.

Education

A bachelor's degree in engineering or an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations Research is preferred.
