About the Role
Amazon's Supply Chain is integral to the rapid expansion of the leading ecommerce platform globally. As our business scales, the complexity of our customer fulfillment operations increases, driven by our commitment to being the most customer-centric organization on Earth.

Key Responsibilities
Our Supply Chain team is tasked with the strategic planning and execution of the fulfillment network across the UK. Collaborating closely with Amazon's Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Transportation, Retail, and Finance teams, we coordinate both upstream and downstream partners to not only meet but exceed customer expectations while optimizing the speed and cost of our end-to-end supply chain.

We are in search of a highly analytical and motivated Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will:
  • Own and enhance multiple processes within the UK supply chain network.
  • Drive strategic projects and change initiatives at the EU level, working alongside various stakeholders and aligning with senior management.
  • Engage in key analytical projects to foster smarter, more optimal decision-making within the team.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in a highly analytical environment.
  • Proficient data analysis skills, with the ability to produce, interpret, and draw insights from data.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, as well as SQL.
  • Familiarity with R or Python and automation techniques.
  • Adept at managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of following through on projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently to all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or statistical analysis roles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Experience in machine learning using R or Python.
