We are thrilled to announce a unique opportunity within the Supply Chain division of Estée Lauder Companies for a Senior Supply Planner. This pivotal role is focused on managing inventory across a designated Brand or cluster of Brands within the UK Region. The Senior Supply Planner will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels while ensuring service excellence and enhancing decision-making through improved supply chain analytics and reporting.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate effectively with Demand Planning, Global Supply Chain, Brands, and Finance to create balanced supply plans aligned with established objectives and operational guidelines through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework. Oversee and continuously enhance the planning and delivery of finished goods from manufacturing sites to distribution centers. Ensure achievement of Customer Service and Inventory targets by utilizing advanced tools such as Noodle AI and o9, while regularly engaging with Center of Excellence teams to optimize regional supply planning parameters. Define and implement strategies and action plans to meet regional inventory and service level KPIs, conducting monthly reviews with commercial teams to optimize inventory and mitigate excess. Collaboratively develop strategic allocations and supply commitments, planning for the operational horizon based on MPS and DRP solutions. Coordinate the planning and execution of product launches and events, proactively managing and communicating potential risks. Manage the planning and execution of seasonal programs. Support integration with Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics functions. Drive key elements of the IBP process evolution through collaboration with Brands. Proactively escalate and communicate issues while developing and implementing effective resolutions. Oversee and execute broader supply chain initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A degree or equivalent qualification. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Power BI. High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in team management. Advanced Excel and SAP BI skills. Proficient in SAP SCM/ECC & APO systems. Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights. Confidence in liaising with senior management and key stakeholders, providing recommendations. Proven project management capabilities. Self-motivated and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
