Supply Chain Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standard Costing: Collaborate with our supplier network to develop and maintain accurate product costing across our portfolio, ensuring timely variance analysis and cost trending identification.
  • Freight Cost Management: Oversee freight cost accruals and accurate expensing on the Profit and Loss statement.
  • Budget Control: Partner with our supply chain and R&D teams to ensure delivery and control of Supply Chain Overheads budget.
  • Balance Sheet Control: Ensure balance sheet integrity and control for all inventory and supply chain assets, including physical verification of stock and assets.
  • SC Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the supply chain, focusing on safety, service, and cost, and proactively raise performance issues and opportunities.
  • Savings: Monitor savings program delivery and reconcile these to the P&L as a key proof point.
  • Commodities: Partner with procurement to proactively model the impact of inflation, working closely with markets to support margin and pricing decisions across the business.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA part/nearly or newly qualified
  • Data Analytics skills beyond Excel, e.g., PowerBI & SQL report building
  • Proven ability to translate complex financials into insights and actions
  • Proven people skills with ability to build relationships and influence
