Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at The Other House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of HouseJacks (Guest Services Assistants) to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement effective front of house strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Commercial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on driving business growth
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
