Job Title: Outbound Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:

V&C is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Luxury Travel Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Improve Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance and training to the sales team to improve their performance.
  • Coaching and Training: Develop and implement coaching and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track performance goals and provide regular feedback to the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate sales and product training to achieve performance goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and create reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of success.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate the sales team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Must have an understanding of the luxury travel industry from a sales background, preferably within an agency capacity.
