As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities. Your expertise in outbound sales, combined with your consultative approach, will enable you to navigate complex RPO bidding and closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify high-quality sales leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including bidding through RFPs and pitching to businesses
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing function to ensure a smooth customer lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable history of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in outbound sales environments and high output
  • History of prospecting and closing deals within the HR and Recruiting space
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience working within HR solutions, recruitment, or RPO
