Job Title: Outbound Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team at Workingmums.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, setting appointments, and driving sales through proactive outbound calls. You will be the voice of the company, responsible for presenting products and services to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to take the next step in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to a list of prospects provided by the company, aiming to generate leads, set appointments, and close sales.
  2. Product Presentation: Clearly and persuasively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
  3. Database Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, including call details, lead status, and follow-up actions, in the CRM system.
  4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales and appointment-setting targets.
  5. Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and strategy.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in telemarketing.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, or outbound sales is essential.
  2. Skills:
    • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner.
    • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
