Compensation: Up to £15 per hour plus bonuses

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team at Halo Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, setting appointments, and driving sales through proactive outbound calls.

You will be responsible for presenting products and services to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to take the next step in the sales process. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, including call details, lead status, and follow-up actions, in our CRM system.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales and appointment-setting targets.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in telemarketing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is essential.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
