The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive our growth through inbound and prospecting activities. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, educating and working on leads through various channels, and developing a deep understanding of our lead generation processes.

You'll create and activate email sequences, make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts, and conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set. If you're fluent in French and English, have at least 6+ months of B2B outbound experience, and a history of quota attainment, we'd love to hear from you.

About You
  • Fluency in French and English
  • At least 6+ months of B2B outbound experience, preferably with Software / SaaS solutions / Consulting / Web3 / Other-tech-stuff
  • History of quota attainment
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
  • Self-driven with a desire to help Synthesia grow
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with comfort in a quota-carrying environment
