The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive our growth through inbound and prospecting activities. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, educating and working on leads through various channels, and developing a deep understanding of each lead generation process.

  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and Account Executive hand-off to ensure seamless lead conversion.
  • Utilize sales automation and prospecting tools to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to set meetings and close deals.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who is fluent in French and English, with a strong background in B2B outbound sales. You should have a proven track record of quota attainment, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • At least 6+ months of B2B outbound experience, preferably with Software / SaaS solutions / Consulting / Web3 / Other-tech-stuff.
  • History of quota attainment.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
