The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Administrator to join our dynamic Audit team.

As part of the L&D team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of audit excellence by supporting all aspects of learning within the Audit Stream. Reporting directly to the Audit Executive through the Audit Head of People, Resourcing and Culture, you will contribute to the success of our firm's commitment to continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential administrative support for L&D projects within the Hub, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Manage the team inbox efficiently, responding to inquiries promptly and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Audit Stream L&D Hub manager to gather and analyze key data, generating insightful reports for the Audit Executive.
  • Contribute to project management efforts by tracking milestones, collating updates, and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Take on a variety of administrative tasks, demonstrating initiative and seeking opportunities to contribute to the team's growth and development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Proven reporting skills, with the ability to compile accurate and concise data for various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks undertaken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and manipulation.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrating expertise in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry.
  • While an affinity for learning and development is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
