Job Title: Legal PA- Part time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Personal Assistant to join our team at SelectStaff Recruitment. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our clients in the pension industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Company Secretary and Pension Trustee, ensuring the effective delivery of pension and group life arrangements.
  • Manage queries arising from the pension plan and group life, ensuring that systems, processes, and procedures are in place for smooth and efficient administration.
  • Liaise with external parties, including professional services, to support the pension scheme.
  • Respond to, manage, and follow up on enquiries from participating employers.
  • Assist with reporting requirements to regulatory bodies, such as Companies House and The Pensions Regulator.
  • Maintain and edit the pensions website, ensuring relevant information is available to stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to support administrative tasks.
  • Develop a good understanding of business processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and manage legal documents.
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of data protection legal requirements.
