Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans to ensure successful project execution.
- Administrative and Financial Tasks: Manage invoices, purchase orders, inventory reports, and other financial documents to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Supervise the project procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Client Communication and Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the project team and clients, assessing client needs and defining project requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
