An exciting new job opportunity has become available to join the St. Austell Brewery Property Team as a Project Coordinator.

The Property Department holds responsibility to maintain, transform and protect all properties within the St Austell Brewery estate. Working within the Capital and Reinvestment Project Team, you will have an active role working alongside the Project Manager and Interior Design Manger, to administer and coordinate all capital and reinvestment projects.

**What it is like to be a Project Coordinator**
- Work alongside the Project Team to ensure that all projects are successfully administered, following the set process to drive on time, on budget and in scope delivery.
- Promote and develop cross departmental collaboration and communications, and manage internal/External relationships.
- You will be responsible for collating quotes, variation reports, communicating approvals and escalations, and liaising with appointed Quantity Surveyors and the Finance Team to provide accurate cost control and reporting.
- Manage resources and information to schedule and plan meetings and project activities.
- Provide support at major project meetings on site including post opening support.
- Maintain and update project checklist for all projects
- Manage all order numbers, Invoices, and tax requirements for projects.

**About you**
- Proven experience in project coordination within a similar industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in using cloud based property maintenance management software
- Confident user of MS Office packages
- Ability to read and follow Gantt Charts
- Valid driving license and availability to travel across the South West as needed
