Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead our construction team in Cornwall. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large technical commercial units.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will also have excellent communication skills, able to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and our internal teams.

A BTEC or HNC in Building Services is required for this role, as well as a CSCS card and SMSTS certification. If you are a motivated and experienced project manager looking for a new challenge, please apply now.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and ensure costs are controlled
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
  • Lead and motivate a team of mechanical engineers and supervisors
