The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property maintenance and building surveys.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current disrepair legislation.
  • HNC in Building Construction or equivalent qualification.

The salary for this role is approximately £42,000-£52,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable organisation in Cornwall, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with work programming and resource allocation.
  • Undertaking surveys for complaints of damp and mould or disrepair.
