Position: Second Line Support Technician

Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Are you an enthusiastic Second Line Support Technician looking to enhance your career? This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact in a collaborative environment, focusing on the security needs and risks that influence the design, delivery, and execution of services.

The successful candidate will address a variety of IT-related challenges, delivering solutions and remedies whenever feasible, while escalating more complex issues to the 2nd and 3rd line support teams as necessary. It is essential to document all incidents in the IS Service Delivery system, utilizing our Support Works ticketing platform to track issues and resolutions, ensuring minimal disruption to services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehension of IT support and infrastructure, with an emphasis on teamwork. As this is a developmental role, a strong desire to learn and enhance current skills is crucial.
  • Manage Service Desk Support Calls as required.
  • The role involves travel to various locations to provide customer support.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, Splunk, and VMware is essential.
