Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Sales and Profitability

Work closely with your Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.

Motivate and Mentor Sales Associates

Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to sales associates to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

Implement Retail Processes

Assist your Store Manager in implementing and maintaining efficient retail processes, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.

Operational Excellence

Ensure that the store is maintained to the highest standards, including cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance store performance.

Leadership and Teamwork

Provide cover for your Store Manager in their absence and demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team.

You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Flexibility and Availability

You are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
