Assistant Store Manager (Permanent, Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Sales and Profitability

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with your Store Manager to drive sales and profitability in your store. This will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Motivate and Develop Sales Associates

You will be responsible for motivating and developing a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. This will involve coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to ensure that your team is equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

Implement Retail Processes

You will assist your Store Manager in implementing our established retail processes, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards. You will also identify opportunities to improve these processes and implement changes to drive business results.

Operational Excellence

You will be responsible for ensuring that your store operates efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

You will analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business results. You will also provide regular reports to your Store Manager on store performance and progress towards goals.

Visual Merchandising and Store Appearance

You will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment that meets the brand's visual merchandising guidelines. This will involve creating displays, arranging merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.

Leadership and Development

You will provide leadership and guidance to your sales associates, including coaching, mentoring, and developing their skills and knowledge. You will also identify opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Technical Skills

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other technical tools, including point-of-sale systems.

Flexibility and Adaptability

You will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
