The role of Assistant Store Manager at Newlife is unique, allowing you to drive sales in your store, ultimately generating funds to support disabled children and their families. Each day presents new challenges, and due to the dynamic nature of our business, product types can change rapidly. Therefore, you must be adaptable and quick-thinking, ready to modify layouts and merchandising strategies to enhance sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be commercially astute, people-oriented, and dedicated to operational excellence, placing the customer at the heart of all activities.

You should possess prior retail management experience and be capable of collaborating effectively with the Store Manager and the store team. Your role will involve maximizing retail sales and profitability through effective daily management of a sales team comprising both paid staff and volunteers. You will actively engage with KPIs, utilize your creative skills to merchandise products to a high standard, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Flexibility in your work approach is essential, as you may need to cover additional hours and occasionally assist at other Newlife locations to meet business needs.
