The Role

This is a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned Assistant Store Manager or Team Leader seeking career advancement while making a significant impact.

The role of Assistant Store Manager at Newlife is distinctive, allowing you to drive sales in your store, ultimately generating funds to support disabled children and their families. Each day presents new challenges, and due to the dynamic nature of our business, product types can change rapidly. Therefore, adaptability and quick thinking are essential for effective layout and merchandising adjustments to boost sales.

Previous retail management experience is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Store Manager and team. You will maximize retail sales and profitability through the efficient daily management of a sales team comprising both paid staff and volunteers. A strong focus on KPIs, creativity in merchandising, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are vital.

Flexibility in your work approach is necessary to accommodate additional hours as needed, including occasional coverage at other Newlife locations to meet business demands.
