Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a reputable firm specializing in taxation, accounting, and legal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide vital support to the legal, accounting, and business operations teams.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks including:
    • Document scanning and handling
    • Mail processing
    • Printing and binding of materials
    • Answering incoming calls
    • Archiving and data entry
    • Inputting information into CRM systems
    • Overseeing multiple databases
Work Environment

This position is office-based and requires the ability to work independently within a small team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload effectively.

Requirements

While experience in the relevant fields is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this area. A valid driver's license is preferred due to the office location.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday, with standard office hours of 9 AM to 5 PM and a 30-minute lunch break.
