As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Goods Receipt and Storage: Manage the delivery of palletized goods, including the use of a pallet lift (training provided), and ensure accurate storage on racking.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders from a range of 1500 product lines, ensuring all orders are ready for dispatch by the designated deadline.
  • Dispatch and Logistics: Create dispatch notes and coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse or inventory environment is desirable, but not essential. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
  • Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
