Multilingual Customer Support Specialist
Compensation:
Up to £30,000 per annum

Watford (Hybrid working options available)
Key Responsibilities:
As a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding customer service while providing essential administrative assistance. Your duties will include:
- Overseeing the order management process from initial inquiry through to delivery.
- Assisting the technical department by creating and updating tickets for technical inquiries.
- Maintaining existing client accounts and managing contract details.
- Handling credit and debit notes efficiently.
- Coordinating deliveries according to client specifications and keeping clients informed.
- Collaborating with various departments to address client needs and communicate changes effectively.
- Responding to incoming inquiries and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluency in two of the following languages: Polish, French, Spanish, or Italian (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support is essential.
- A proactive, confident, and dynamic approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Internet).
- A capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
