As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality service and assistance to customers throughout the order management lifecycle.

Addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively through phone and email communication
Processing customer orders, from entry to invoicing, and generating quotations and pre-payment documents
Resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues related to customer orders and deliveries
Monitoring and managing multiple systems and ticket queues throughout the workday
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Providing support and assistance to other members of the customer service team as required

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in customer service or logistics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Italian, Polish, or French)
Proficiency in PC applications, including Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with SAP
Understanding of order-to-cash processes

Salesforce and Excel experience preferred

SAP knowledge (desirable)
