HVAC Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity that requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, building services, or plumbing.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for project design and products to customers, maintain reports on frequent product or design issues, and provide phone-based support to installers. They will also support with product-based training to project leads and accurately record data on the CRM system.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for project design and products to customers
  • Maintain reports on frequent product or design issues
  • Provide phone-based support to installers
  • Support with product-based training to project leads
  • Accurately record data on the CRM system

Requirements:

  • NVQ or Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Plumbing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate equivalent to up to £37,000pa
  • Free on-site parking
  • Monday to Friday office hours with hybrid working (2-3 days in the office and the rest from home)
