HVAC Technical Support and Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Support and Design Specialist to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HVAC to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

This is an office-based position that involves providing technical support for project design and products to customers. You will be responsible for maintaining reports on frequent product or design issues and filtering these issues through to the designers. Additionally, you will provide phone-based support to installers and support with product-based training to project leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for project design and products to customers
  • Maintain reports on frequent product or design issues and filter these issues through to the designers
  • Provide phone-based support to installers
  • Support with product-based training to project leads
  • Accurately record data on the CRM system
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, applications, standards, and legislative aspects relevant to the business
Requirements
  • NVQ or Degree qualified or work experience within Mechanical Engineering/Building Services/Plumbing or a relevant study
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • Rights to work in the UK - unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship

We are looking for someone who is available to start ASAP and is willing to work Monday to Friday office hours, with hybrid working (2-3 days in the office and the rest from home). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity paying the hourly rate equivalent of up to £37,000pa.
