Job Title: HVAC Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity that requires a strong background in HVAC technical support and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for project design and products to customers
  • Maintain reports on frequent product or design issues and filter these issues through to the designers
  • Provide phone-based support to installers
  • Support with product-based training to project leads
  • Accurately record data on the CRM system
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, applications, standards, and legislative aspects relevant to the business
Requirements:
  • NVQ or Degree qualified or work experience within Mechanical Engineering/Building Services/Plumbing or a relevant study
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

This is a Monday to Friday office hours, hybrid working opportunity with free on-site parking. The hourly rate equivalent of up to £37,000pa. If you are a skilled HVAC Technical Support Specialist looking for a new challenge, please apply today.
