Job Title: HVAC Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide technical support for project design and products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for project design and products to customers
  • Maintain reports on frequent product or design issues and filter these issues through to the designers
  • Provide phone-based support to installers
  • Support with product-based training to project leads
  • Accurately record data on the CRM system
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, applications, standards, and legislative aspects relevant to the business

Requirements:

  • NVQ or Degree qualified or work experience within Mechanical Engineering/Building Services/Plumbing or a relevant study
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Working Arrangements:

This is an office-based opportunity with hybrid working arrangements, including 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home. Free on-site parking is available.

Salary:

The hourly rate equivalent of up to £37,000pa.
