Job Title: EMEA Account Manager – International Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Account Manager to join our team at SLG Brands. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for building and growing our sales and profit in the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to drive growth and profitability in the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support market strategies and drive sales performance.
  • Manage sales aspects of SLG's relations with distributors in EMEA, including developing and implementing joint business plans.
  • Train and up-skill the capability of the sales and distributor teams to increase effectiveness and rate of sale per store.
  • Drive distributor sales planning processes to increase forecasting accuracy and ensure monthly delivery of results.
  • Partner with and oversee the management of EMEA distributors, establishing strongest commercial relationships with key customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within Account Management role, with full accountability to a market or sizable trade channel.
  • Appreciate and understanding of international high fashion beauty and lifestyle markets.
  • Evidence of mastering the key selling skills, and ability to demonstrate how those have been central to previous achievements.
  • Track record of having earned respect and confidence of customer/distributors/ retail partners in previous roles.
  • Strong and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
  • Mathematically astute, with ability to plan detailed pricing and price promotion scenarios, analysing retailer, distributor and SLG's profitability.
  • Excellent organisation and planning ability, with exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
