Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and profit growth efforts in the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) region. As the EMEA Sales and Profit Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and profit growth across the region, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Profit Growth
    • Develop and execute annual sales and profit growth plans for the EMEA region
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners to drive sales and profit growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales and profit performance across the region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EMEA region, including partnerships with retailers and distributors
    • Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and expansion in the region
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to support business development efforts
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales and business development professionals in the EMEA region
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving sales and profit growth
    • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of the fashion and beauty industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and internal teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales and profit performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
