Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Growth Manager to join our team. As a key player in helping businesses get the insurance they need, you will use cutting-edge technology to identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to set up meetings with key decision-makers. You will also attend industry events to expand your network and meet potential clients, ensuring operational excellence by monitoring internal processes and working collaboratively with the team to drive results.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales (ideally insurance sales but this is desirable, not essential) or customer service
  • Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per year, paid directly into your account
