About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Growth Manager to help businesses get the insurance they need using cutting-edge technology. As a key player, you'll identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to set up meetings with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to set up meetings with key decision-makers
  • Attend industry events to expand your network and meet potential clients
  • Monitor internal processes and work collaboratively with the team to drive results
Requirements

You'll need at least 2 years of experience in sales (ideally insurance sales) or customer service and be confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer
  • £30,000-£40,000 per year, paid directly into your account
  • Earn 10% of your salary quarterly, based on a range of targets that align with both financial performance and our core values
