About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven EMEA Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions. As a key member of our SLG Brands team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market strategies and product development
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the European, Middle Eastern, and African markets
