Enterprise Account Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Uber Eats UK&I. As a key member of our Grocery & Retail team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our business with key partners across Grocery, Convenience, and Retail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
- Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or partner management, with a proven track record of success in Enterprise accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and Excel proficiency, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability in project management, particularly in developing and executing detailed business plans for large-scale projects.
- Highly autonomous and proactive, with the ability to innovate and drive initiatives independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems.
