Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Uber Eats UK&I. As a key member of our Grocery & Retail team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our business with key partners across Grocery, Convenience, and Retail.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
  3. Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or partner management, with a proven track record of success in Enterprise accounts.
  2. Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and Excel proficiency, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholders across different levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proven ability in project management, particularly in developing and executing detailed business plans for large-scale projects.
  2. Highly autonomous and proactive, with the ability to innovate and drive initiatives independently in ambiguous environments.
  3. Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems.
