About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Similarweb. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term partnerships with some of the world's leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with Enterprise clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer adoption and retention of our Market Intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing Enterprise client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior-level customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
