Location: Remote (with occasional travel to London)

X4 Technology is a leading provider of enterprise data management and analysis software for the commodity and energy sectors. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our Business Solutions team.

The Role:

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients within the commodity and energy sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and helping them leverage our software to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective solution delivery.
  • Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they maximise their use of our platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an account management or similar client-facing role within SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise accounts, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the commodity and/or energy markets is a strong advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within enterprise SaaS.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
