Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop long-term partnerships with Enterprise clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer adoption and retention of our Market Intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing Enterprise client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior-level customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
