Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

About X4 Technology:

X4 Technology is a leading provider of enterprise data management and analysis software for the commodity and energy sectors.

The Role:

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our software solutions. You'll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients within the commodity and energy sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and helping them leverage our software to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Sales) to ensure client satisfaction and effective solution delivery.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and lead contract renewals, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they maximise their use of the platform.

About You:

  • Experience in an Account Management or similar client-facing role within SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the commodity and/or energy markets is a strong advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within enterprise SaaS.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary up to £55-70k depending on experience, and a hybrid work arrangement with 4-8 days per month in the office.
