About the Role

The PVH finance team plays a crucial role in the success of the PVH Region North business. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and reliable information that supports and shapes our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of wholesale sales data, including sales performance, pricing, and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Update and maintain reporting dashboards and tools to provide accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze customer and market data to identify growth opportunities, customer segmentation, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve wholesale operations, optimize sales strategies, and enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and Operations, to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales and margin performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in wholesale business analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in business analysis, preferably within the wholesale or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of retail business models, sales processes, and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable business strategies.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
