Wholesale Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Operations Specialist to support the sales and profitability of our Wholesale department. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the wholesale order process and acting as a liaison between the wholesale function and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the logistics flow of products to wholesale partners for timely delivery and optimal inventory management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate efficiently with partners to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Assist with invoicing information for Wholesale partners and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate closely with Buying teams for product updates, developments, and market trends
  • Prepare detailed reports, conduct data entry, and perform administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Act as the primary contact for partners regarding delivery and order queries, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction
  • Attend trade calls, support Account Managers, and ensure products are presented to partners in a professional and appealing manner
  • Communicate relevant documents and updates to partners regularly, maintaining open and transparent communication

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry
  • Experience working with wholesale or franchise partners, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations
  • Knowledge of product development, logistics processes, and inventory management
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with a high level of customer service and communication
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and Vlookups, to analyze data and drive business decisions
