We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at NCS Ltd. As a key member of our Client Services Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for managing tickets through our CRM system and resolving customer issues through our bespoke CMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Contribute knowledge and understanding of best practices for customer support
  • Help improve company systems and processes
  • Document, track, and monitor tickets and tasks

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering high-quality customer support in a technical environment
  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a remote environment
