About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team at ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound client user queries through a helpdesk solution, assessing and resolving queries or working with escalation points to ensure resolution.
  • Typical queries will relate to accounts, password or user issues, but some will be a little more complex and require a proactive, methodical approach.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve varied issues across a diverse solution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of client issues.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a B2B client support role within a software solution.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
