About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Administrator to join our growing customer-facing team. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for ensuring client queries, issues, and difficulties are logged, investigated, and resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-user support queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Make ad-hoc changes to the platform or support with user management and reporting tasks.
  • Work closely with the wider client management team to deliver excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a B2B client support role within a software solution.
  • Demonstrable ability to own and deliver a project plan to deliver agreed timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with varied issues across a diverse solution.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects at any given time.
