Customer Support Specialist

At Swap, we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the point of contact for our clients, you'll provide exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate customer queries and provide solutions and feedback
- Evaluate and escalate queries to relevant specialists when necessary
- Respond to customer information requests with relevant information
- Investigate shipment issues and collaborate with shipping carriers
- Submit lost shipment claims
- Generate shipping carrier labels
- Submit customs documentation to shipping carriers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates
- Manage change and adapt to new query types and support areas
Requirements:
- Customer Support / Customer Service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of ecommerce operations is a plus
