Job Title: Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Specialist to join our Talent Systems team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve product bugs and issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and functionalities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Contribute to the development of new support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the media and entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technology applications and subscription software services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
