About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Account Management & Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with other support specialists to ensure seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback to inform product improvements
- Partner with global teams to ensure continuous support availability
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay updated with changing industry and financial market trends
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
