Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team of 4 Customer Support Executives. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing tickets through FreshDesk and solving customer issues through our bespoke CMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound queries from clients in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, demonstrating a primary focus on quality and delivering with quality within a technical Customer Support Team
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Contribute knowledge and understanding of best practices for Customer Support, helping to improve company systems and processes
  5. Document, track, and monitor tickets/tasks, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner

Requirements

  1. Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date desktop applications, especially FreshDesk
  2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a small business environment
  3. Aptitude for problem-solving and strong attention to detail
  4. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a remote environment
  5. Knowledge of CSS and HTML
